Launched in October and created to help moms regain their body confidence back after going through childbirth, the VelaBABE promotion through Shape magazine generated thousands of sweepstake entries, video downloads and page views, in addition to a newsletter reaching nearly 300,000 online subscribers. To generate further interest and business, the promotion also included a coupon for one free treatment with the purchase of the treatment series. The site subsequently linked the viewer to area physicians and clinics that offer the VelaShape^® treatment.

As a follow up to the successful VelaBABE promotion, the VelaShape brand sponsored shape.com’s Shape Your Body e-newsletter, which reached 285,000 subscribers in November.
