Clinical Research Manager Discusses Sublative Rejuvenation™ Technology
Aesthetic practices looking to generate life-long patients by providing a skin rejuvenation treatment that improves appearance but limits downtime need to look no further than Sublative Rejuvenation, the latest technology from Syneron-Candela. Hanit Brenner-Lavie, clinical research manager, took time to discuss this latest energy-based facial treatment which both meets patients’ demands and benefits practices looking to increase their business. One significant element of this technology, according to Brenner-Lavie, is the fact that it is now possible to treat certain patients who, before this technology, did not have this unique option available. “Since it is a fractional RF treatment, there are no limitations on skin color,” she said, “which extends treatment to tanned or dark skinned patients. The technology further benefits both patient and practice, as it’s a brief procedure with relatively short downtime and no complications.”
Sublative Rejuvenation is a multifunctional treatment option as well, as it can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other technologies. Used by itself, Brenner-Lavie said, “it’s possible to attain good results for improving skin texturing. When combined with other treatments,” she continued, “such as non-ablative treatments like Botox and fillers, it’s possible to provide a highly effective combined treatment for skin resurfacing.”
Brenner-Lavie further believes that patients will be eager to choose Sublative Rejuvenation over other ablative procedures because of the numerous advantages. “A small number of Sublative Rejuvenation treatments can provide similar improvements to the lengthy ablative options, and have the added benefits of shorter downtime and fewer complications.”
As technology is always evolving at Syneron-Candela, Brenner-Lavie also noted that broader treatment options will be coming soon.
